Hello, my name is Thomas (Tom) Hyde.  I joined the 5 Star Team early September 2021 after successfully completing each of the Iowa Real Estate Licensing requirements.  I am proud to be welcomed into this professional organization, and look forward to meeting new clients, as well as seeing old friends.

Born and raised in Guttenberg, it is quite simple to understand why so many people come to visit our area, and later choose to stay.  The individuals I have met in this community, and neighboring towns and cities, are among the most welcoming anywhere you'll find.  In addition to our stunning views, historic architecture, and endless recreation, there is something to peak your curiosity year round.

A father of (2) wonderful, and healthy adult children, I can only consider myself blessed. . . Alex, my oldest, continued a family military tradition by enlisting with the United States Marine Corps. immediately upon graduation.  Following a successful and safe tour; he focused on heavy-equipment operation and later timber management/logging.

Carlie, my forever "little girl" followed her professional ambitions early on in the medical profession.  Through exceptional hard-work and dedication, she has recently achieve status as a Registered Nurse.  Proudly, both children contribute locally to our communities and employers.

My "off work" passion is pretty simple, but easily understood by many fellow sportsmen in our area. . . HUNTING!  If it flies, floats, or runs I'm usually at our family farm in pursuit of it.  We are so incredibly fortunate to reside in this game rich area of our country!
