Hello, Brad Herman here. I am a lifelong resident of Northeast Iowa. I grew up in the rural Elkader area where I continue to live with my wife of over 15 years and our 3 children. I am active in the community as I currently teach a college credit welding class at the local high school and am chief of the Littleport Fire Dept. I have served on advisory panels to local Community colleges in the past and enjoy actively participating in things I'm passionate about.

I am a jack of all trades and am very hands on. Several years ago I began investing into real estate. I acquired a business partner along the way and today we own several residential and commercial rental properties in the local area which we maintain, manage, and repair ourselves. 

A few years ago, I decided to get my real estate license. I did so to better understand the process of buying and selling and to help others with the process as well. I find it intriguing that no two sales transactions are the same and enjoy finding creative solutions for issues that arise along the way. With my past experiences with my own  properties, I am able to see positives or issues with a property that others may tend to overlook and am then able to pass this information along to my clients to aid them in making a more educated decision.
