My name is Melissa Mohs. I grew up in Postville and currently live in Fredericksburg with my husband Brad.  We have three grown children, Gage, Gunner and Gabbie, our daughter-in-law Abby and two granddaughters, Cadence & Piper

We are empty nesters always looking for a new adventure and new places to explore.  We love time with our family and friends.  We enjoy watching sporting events, exploring local communities,  checking out breweries, meeting new people and cruising in our jeep.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Upper Iowa and have been in the Human Resource/Safety field for the past 20 plus years.  In July, I received my Real Estate License and am currently working on renewing my personal trainer certification.  I have always been passionate about helping others and meeting new people; with both of these added credentials I will be able to fulfill my career goals. 

Touring houses, watching house hunters and looking through for sale brochures has been one of my favorite pastimes.  New to the real estate business; I am enjoying the satisfaction of being able to use my favorite pastime to help clients with their buying and selling needs while making the process as relaxed and stress free for them as possible.   I’m looking forward to meeting you and helping make your buying or selling experience an enjoyable one.
