I grew up in the Tama/Toledo Area in central Iowa, graduated from South Tama, and lived on our family grain/livestock farm. My wife Bonnie and I have one daughter Brooke and grandson, Kaden. We have lived and worked out of the Cedar Rapids/Marion area for many years. I am very familiar with the Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities having built and owned several homes in this area.

Throughout my life, I have been a summer resident in Guttenberg, Iowa and Abel Island. My family was a partner in the first cabin built on Abel Island in 1956. We would be considered second generation “riverrats,” Bonnie and I have traversed the river north thoroughly to St. Paul and Stillwater.

My wife and I are both currently license Florida realtors, having previously lived and worked in the Cape Coral/Fort Myers and Punta Gorda area. Bonnie was also involved in the property/vacation rental management as well as working with investors. I have a Community Association managers license and hold U.S.C.G. Marine Captain’s license, 25 Ton. I can assist in charter operations as well as yacht delivery.
